Build on what you already have

For owners ready to give their website a fresh look.

Your website may feel dated, look awkward on a phone, or no longer explain your business clearly. Work on a focused improvement while learning how to make future updates yourself. Existing app screens can also be considered after review.

Good refresh goals

  • A clearer homepage headline and next step
  • A more consistent layout, typography, and color palette for one page
  • Updated imagery or a section that works better on a phone
  • One app screen or navigation flow, subject to project review

Choose one achievable improvement before booking. Full redesigns, platform migrations, technical repairs, and new functionality are scoped separately.

Improve one part of your site. Practice the process.

Work from your real website and a specific goal. Learn how to give AI useful direction, judge its suggestions, and check changes before they reach your visitors.

  1. 01

    Review the site before booking

Share your URL, platform, editing access, and experience. Joe confirms fit, preparation, tool costs, and one achievable outcome before payment.

  2. 02

Set up a place to experiment

Use an agreed preview or test copy and confirm how to restore the previous version. Identify what must keep working as you make the refresh.

  3. 03

    Make the improvement yourself

At your own computer, use AI to refine the agreed layout, messaging, or imagery. Joe helps you assess the result and understand how to adjust it.

  4. 04

Check it and plan what comes next

Review desktop and mobile layouts and affected links or forms. Practice another small change and how to undo it. Publish only after review; remaining checks or work may come later.

A visible improvement and skills for the next one.

The goal is practical independence with the steps you have learned. Before we finish, you make and test a small change yourself.

Your included 15-minute check-in takes place within seven days, so you can ask about the first steps you tried afterward.

  • One agreed website improvement, developed and checked in a suitable preview or test copy
  • Practice using AI to refine layout, messaging, or relevant imagery
  • A practiced process for making, checking, and undoing a change
  • A short reference guide and a prioritized plan for your next improvements
  • An optional recording and one 15-minute check-in within seven days

Keep building. Get help when you need it.

One question or milestone at a time

Send the context first. We agree on the scope, session length, price, and appointment before work begins. Additional consulting is paid separately from the pilot, with no required subscription. Hands-on implementation can be scoped separately.

Before you get started

Do the two coaching offers have separate pilot places?

$349 USD introductory price for the first 3 paid participants across AI Building Coaching and Website Refresh Coaching combined. Planned price after the pilot: $499 USD. Save $150 compared with the planned price. There are three introductory places in total, not three per service. Choose the coaching path that fits your project. Joe confirms availability before booking; an inquiry alone does not reserve a place.

What does the $349 pilot include?

A review of your website, platform, and editing access before booking; preparation instructions; two hours of one-on-one coaching; a reference guide and continuation plan; an optional recording; and one 15-minute check-in within seven days. Tool subscriptions, hosting, domains, and any agreed travel costs are separate.

Can you work with my existing website platform?

Share your URL, the platform or tools used to build it, and how you currently edit it. Joe checks whether a focused coaching session is practical before you book. You need permission and suitable access to make changes. If setup, access recovery, or technical repairs require substantial work, that work is scoped separately.

Will we redesign my entire website in two hours?

We agree on one achievable improvement, such as a homepage section, clearer messaging, mobile layout, or navigation. The session includes practicing the process yourself and planning what to tackle next. A full redesign, platform migration, new functionality, or complex integrations needs a separate scope.

How do we protect the website that is already live?

Before making changes, agree on a suitable preview or test copy and a way to restore the previous version. Practice checking the result on desktop and mobile and checking affected links or forms. Publish only after your review and the agreed checks; publishing may be a later step if further work is needed.

Can we refresh an existing app instead?

Possibly. Share the app, its tools, and the screen or flow you want to improve. A focused interface refresh may fit after review. Changes to authentication, payments, data handling, or underlying app behavior require separate assessment and scope.

Do I need design or coding experience?

You should be comfortable using a computer and willing to practice. Joe reviews your experience and platform first, then helps choose a manageable outcome. You operate your own computer and learn how to review AI suggestions as you work.

Who owns the project and accounts?

You work in your own accounts and retain control of your project files. Third-party tools and generated assets remain subject to their providers’ terms. Keep your passwords private; Joe guides you through setup on your computer.

Can I get consulting after the initial session?

Yes. Request an on-demand session for debugging, design feedback, tool decisions, or planning your next feature. We agree on the scope, duration, price, and appointment before work begins. Additional consulting is paid separately; there is no required subscription or unlimited support.

Is this remote or in person?

Remote sessions are available. In-person sessions in Northern Utah depend on location and availability; any travel charge is agreed beforehand. Bring a computer and complete the agreed account setup before your session.

What should I send with my inquiry?

Send your website URL, platform if known, how you currently make updates, and the improvement you most want to make. Keep passwords private. Joe confirms fit, editing access, preparation, costs, scheduling, and payment details before booking. An inquiry does not charge you or reserve a session.

What would you like to refresh?

Share your website URL, platform if known, how you currently make updates, and the change you most want to make. Joe will review whether a focused coaching session fits.
