An idea is enough to begin

For people who want to build it themselves.

You may be starting a side project, exploring a business idea, or trying to make a tool for your own work. You want someone beside you for the first decisions and a process you can repeat afterward.

Good first projects

  • A website that explains your business idea
  • A simple tracker, calculator, or internal tool
  • A clickable app prototype to show potential users
  • A small browser game with one core interaction

We agree on a small prototype goal. A commercial launch, payments, or complex integrations need their own scope and review.

Learn the whole process, one small project at a time.

Code is one part of the work. Practice connecting the idea, interface, creative assets, and behavior—and checking that the result does what you intended.

  1. 01

    Before we meet

Share your idea and comfort level. Agree on one achievable outcome and complete the account setup using the instructions Joe sends.

  2. 02

    Choose the first version

Turn the idea into a small plan: who it helps, what the first screen does, and what to leave for later.

  3. 03

    Build at your own computer

Guide the AI, inspect the result, and improve a screen or interaction. Bring in an image, artwork, or audio asset when it serves your project.

  4. 04

    Practice continuing on your own

Make a change, test the behavior, and practice recovering a previous version. Finish with a clear list of next steps.

Leave with a foundation you can build on.

The goal is practical independence with the steps you have learned. Before we finish, you make and test a small change yourself.

Your included 15-minute check-in takes place within seven days, so you can ask about the first steps you tried afterward.

  • A focused first version of your idea and a practical choice of tools
  • A project started in your own accounts, with a screen or core interaction to build on
  • Practice making a change, testing it, and recovering an earlier version
  • A short reference guide and a prioritized plan for continuing independently
  • A session recording if requested and one 15-minute check-in within seven days

Keep building. Get help when you need it.

On-demand consulting after your session.

Come back with a specific question, a stubborn bug, or your next feature. Get focused guidance on architecture, design, assets, tool choices, or what to review before a launch.

One question or milestone at a time

Send the context first. We agree on the scope, session length, price, and appointment before work begins. Additional consulting is paid separately from the pilot, with no required subscription. Hands-on implementation can be scoped separately.

Before you get started

How does the introductory price work?

$349 USD introductory price for the first 3 paid participants across AI Building Coaching and Website Refresh Coaching combined. Planned price after the pilot: $499 USD. Save $150 compared with the planned price. The package includes the same preparation, two-hour session, reference guide, continuation plan, optional recording, and short check-in. Joe confirms introductory availability before booking; an inquiry alone does not reserve a place.

Do I need coding experience?

No. You should be comfortable using a computer and willing to practice. Share your experience and idea beforehand so we can choose an achievable starting point.

Will my app be finished in two hours?

The session focuses on starting a small prototype and learning how to continue. We agree on one achievable outcome beforehand. A complete commercial app, production launch, payments, and complex integrations need additional work and review.

What does the $349 pilot include?

A review of your idea before the session, setup instructions, two hours of one-on-one coaching, a short reference guide, a continuation plan, an optional recording, and one 15-minute check-in within seven days. Tool subscriptions, hosting, domains, and any agreed travel costs are separate.

Can we work on artwork, images, or sound?

Yes, when they support your agreed project. Learn how to create, choose, and incorporate a relevant asset. We focus on the assets your first version needs and review the selected tool’s usage terms before you publish them.

Who owns the project and accounts?

You work in your own accounts and retain control of your project files. Third-party tools and generated assets remain subject to their providers’ terms. Keep your passwords private; Joe guides you through setup on your computer.

Can I get consulting after the initial session?

Yes. Request an on-demand session for debugging, design feedback, tool decisions, or planning your next feature. We agree on the scope, duration, price, and appointment before work begins. Additional consulting is paid separately; there is no required subscription or unlimited support.

Is this remote or in person?

Remote sessions are available. In-person sessions in Northern Utah depend on location and availability; any travel charge is agreed beforehand. Bring a computer and complete the agreed account setup before your session.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Joe reviews your idea and experience, confirms whether the pilot fits, and agrees on the session goal, tool costs, scheduling, and payment details with you. Sending an inquiry does not book a session or charge you.

What would you like to build?

Share your idea, your experience, and where you feel stuck. Joe will help you decide whether the coaching pilot is a good starting point.
